SECOND FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

On 16th July 2016, our PERI Institute of Technology had a moment to have another feather in its crown, thanks to the management and the principal, faculty had the chance to stay be relaxed for continuous three hours for the spontaneous flow of speech rendered by the trainer Prof Dr.Elanchezian M.E ,PhD, Professor/Dept. of Mechanical Engineering

The FDP began with the welcome notes of Mr. Philip/ HOD / Mechanical Department, followed by the introduction about the trainer by Mrs.Kowsalya Devi HOD of ECE Department

Teaching is a noble profession which should be loved by the faculty to get success in their teaching. Teaching is a skill which is the key to open the knowledge treasure among the students

The trainee advised the faculty to be cheerful and idealistic towards the students. When the environment is bright, there will not be any hardship to get result and response from students.

At the end, Dr. R.Palson kennedy, Principal has given his vote of thanks note by appreciating the optimistic policy and positive approach will make the faculty to be admired by the students.
