How the Mentoring System Works
- Each faculty mentor is assigned for a group of approximately 20 students.
- Regular mentor–mentee meetings are conducted throughout the semester.
- Individual student progress is monitored and documented.
- Academic, personal and career guidance is provided based on individual needs.
- Parents are regularly informed about their ward's academic progress and attendance.
- Student development activities and mentoring records are maintained systematically.
