What We Aim to Achieve
Conduct Training and Awareness Programs
Organize regular workshops, seminars and training sessions to educate the college community about equal opportunity principles, diversity issues and the importance of creating a non-discriminatory environment. This helps in building awareness and sensitizing the community towards these issues.
Monitor and Evaluate Institutional Practices
Continuously monitor and evaluate the college policies, practices and programs to ensure they promote equal opportunity. This involves conducting regular reviews, collecting feedback and implementing improvements to enhance equity and access for all members of the college community.
Promote Inclusivity and Diversity
Foster an inclusive campus environment where students, faculty and staff from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed, respected and valued. This includes actively supporting underrepresented groups such as those based on race, gender, disability, socioeconomic status and other identities.
Education and Training
We offer workshops, seminars, and training programs to raise awareness about diversity, equity and inclusion issues. Through education, we aim to promote understanding, empathy and cultural competence among members of the university community.
